GUIDE BOLT REPAIR SET
Product Introduction
The tool set is used for repairing faulty inner threads for brake guide bolts in wheel
bearing housings / brake calliper carriers. This often helps to avoid customer complaints
about high costs caused by wheel bearing replacement. There is no longer any need to
remove the wheel bearing and strut and then align axles either.
Drill open the faulty thread M9 x 1.25
and install a new thread of M10 x 1.25
using the thread tap. The guide bolts
included can now be screwed directly
into the new thread
